if your talkin about twin spring good ole days in football i really can't recall any. Seens like I remember them almost breaking the state record for most consecutive losses if this is what your talkin about.

Yes I know but it wasn't a blowout.. Castlewood could have beat them.. Both teams were really close and the game could have gone either way is what I'm saying.

When did you become such a successful coach. Before you start bad mouthing players and even coaches you need to stop and think that their children, spouses and other family members are reading this. If YOU think you could do a better job coaching go get an application. Coaches who develop successful programs have to have long term goals as well as short term goals. When you go into a program with young athletes as a coach you know this year might not be great but each year will see improvement as those kids learn and mature. TS is a young team give them and their coaches a chance.

Re: Off season workouts

I checked it out on the internet and it seems like it's the real deal. It's kind of on the pricy side, but I have a couple of friends that use it and I can tell a difference. I mean, they don't have muscles bulging out everywhere but they are getting bulkier. I personally just save my money and eat a lot of protein. I'll lift and eat either right before or right after depending on how much i'm planning on lifting.(if im planning on lifting a lot, i eat after.) but i eat loads of peanut butter and fish (yeah i know, but it's good if you make it yourself) and they are LOADED in protein. try that before you blow $90 on a tub of No Xplode

Buddy I wasn't talking about Twin Springs. Hell we beat them last year and we sucked [censored]. Our coach didn't win at Lee High, and he hasn't won at Thomas Walker. In his stints as head coach at Lee and TW he is a combined 12 wins and 48 losses. I don't have to say anymore
Cheering for Twin Springs is like cheering for the Taliban
